The 268-room Doubletree Hotel Boston Downtown was renovated in April 2014 and is in the heart of Boston’s Theatre District and Chinatown, across from the Tufts Medical Center and the Tufts ‘T’ subway station. The hotel is a short walking distance to Boston’s Back Bay, South End, and downtown Boston, and features a full-service restaurant, a new fitness center, and a Starbuck’s Café on the ground floor.

The Doubletree Hotel was formerly the Don Bosco High School until 1998 when it closed. Just two blocks away the Chinatown branch of the YMCA had operated under a dilapidated structure for 27 years. CJ partnered with the Y to convert Don Bosco gymnasium into what is now the Wang YMCA.
